Note:
If you prefer to send it in without using this form, please include name, shipping info & your email address.

  • Make sure your battery is not at fault. On some occasions a new battery may become defective prematurely. Replace the battery. If the problem persists, then the battery was not at fault. Send the probe in for service.

  • Pack the Cache probe well to avoid damage during shipping.

  • Include a note indicating your return address and also the symptom you are experiencing with the probe.

  • Leave the battery you are using inside the probe, unless it is dead.

  • Please use the convenient form below to alert us that your Cache Probe is coming our way.

  • We will notify you by email when your Cache probe has been received and being inspected.
