Target Response: As an object enters the probe tip's detection field, the LED will automatically light and simultaneously the audio will begin to sound and increase in frequency as the object gets closer. The initial detection "alert" range is a function of the object's size,  metal-type and angle of approach.  Physical contact is not required.
